Review: The book has a good start and ending but the middle is kind of boring. The best thing in the book is the strong female character and her hopefully soon-to-be-boyfriend.  The fight scenes were another part of the whole reason to keep reading the book. The cover art is another bonus because I mean look at that. Hopefully the second book has more of a plot and the characters get deeper in their depth.

Review: I finally finished this book. and I have to tell you guys, it was so amazing. It had some really great moments in it like Magnus Bane discovering GLITTER!! what could be better then that. There was also heartbreaking moments, when you feel like you have to stop reading the and take a break. which I know I had to do a lot, when reading. Then there is the ending, which makes you happy, angry, and sad all at the same time. Then you are left with that big gapping whole in your chest when your done reading the book and all you can do is cry and be like yeah, that happened.

Hooked (Hooked #1) by Liz Fichera hooked

Review: This was a GREAT book to read! No demons, vampires, wolfs, or ghost! YA! Its was just a normal everyday, type of romance. That I think a lot of teens can relate too. There’s as the whole golf part too… I have never read a book about golf before, so it was really cool reading about and how important it was at their school, and in their lives.  It also touches on another important issue, such as Native American, and how they are treated/seen at the school and in that town. In which is the same at a lot of high schools and needs to change.

Review: This is one of the best witch books I have ever read, and that’s saying something. I mean it, I swear. I has you go through Cate’s life with her, the kisses, the feelings of hopelessness, terror, feeling heartbroken, anger, and of utter happiness, and love!!!! By the end of the book, your all smiles, and happiness. BUT then at the end you are so angry you just have to yell and flip a couple of tables to get it out of your system and just wait a couple more weeks till the second one comes out to fix where it left you last time.

Summary: Everybody knows Cate Cahill and her sisters are eccentric. Too pretty, too reclusive, and far too educated for their own good. But the truth is even worse: they’re witches. Before her mother died, Cate promised to protect her sisters. But with only six months left to choose between marriage and the Sisterhood, she might not be able to keep her word… especially after she finds her mother’s diary, uncovering a secret that could spell her family’s destruction. Desperate to find alternatives to their fate, Cate starts scouring banned books and questioning rebellious new friends, all while juggling tea parties, shocking marriage proposals, and a forbidden romance with the completely unsuitable Finn Belastra.

If what her mother wrote is true, the Cahill girls aren’t safe. Not from the Brotherhood, the Sisterhood—not even from each other.

Review: I really loved the idea for this book and it seems that as every chapter went by the plot and characters got better. Though in the beginning everything seemed very childish. But as I said it all gets better and that’s when you start falling for the characters and are dying by the end of the book because I mean they can’t just leave it like that! I mean right!!!!!!

Review: Ok the author has a great idea for this book, but its not well explained in this first book. I know I got lost many times and had to re-read, many chapters again. Then the ending just leaves you scratching your head in confusion. But at least there was one really cool part when someone gets beaten to death with a chair. I really wish I had more to day about this book but sadly no….

Review: I loved that this book was able to be way better than the first! It was really refreshing for a female character to be like ” I never want to fall in love or get married!”. I really love that about Alanna, how her life does not revolve around love or a guy. Even though that is how the book was ended, with her having feelings and devolving into a young women. But at least she stuck to her guns and went off to do what she does best, not admit her feelings or see that she might have fallen in love. The best part of the book was that Pierce did not want love to be the main point or even have that much of the plot. I’m looking forward even more now to Alanna’s next adventure and how her story continues.

Review: Ok, well I never thought the end of Rush and Blaire’s story would come so soon or be so PERFECT!!! Glines is able to finish their story with a bang and still give readers a taste of the stories to come about their friends and family. The end of their story is no less intense of steamy then before, and in this way is Glines able to be an amazing writer. She is also able to make you tense with anticipation on what the character will choose. She is also able to make you hate characters so much that you wish that they were real so you could punch them in the throat, because Nan. We are even able to meet new characters, such as Captain and Harlow. Which leads to wanting to hear about their happy endings and the rest about their character plot and detail. Readers are even able to find out how good of a singer Rush is and are able to go onto iTunes and download the song that he sings for Blaire. I have never read a sweeter end to a great love story as I have for this book. I cried a couple of tears when it was over because I mean, it’s Rush and Blaire’s story!

Review: I love all of Jamie McGuire’s books, but oh my god, this book scared the crap out of me. I mean it! The entire time I read it, I felt like I was going to get eaten by the book and all the zombie’s. This book will have you ensnared from page one till the last word. It is so intense, that if you stop reading it feels like another thousand of people will die. Ugh I couldn’t sleep or read for a week after this book.

Review:  Aimee Carter did a great job in ending the Goddess Test series. The book leaves you smiling for days afterward because the ending was so good. But the book still had its nail biting moments when you have no clue where the story could go. I’m looking forward to reading the next series Aimee Carter writes.
